Bei den Senioren gewann Harals becht ( GSV Landshut ) in 24.20 Minuten mit 22  Sekunden Vorsprung vor Titelverteidiger Stefan Zierold ( GSV Zwickau ) und Uli Hollinger ( GSV Freiburg ).

Bei den Senioren holte sich Uli Hollinger in 1.51:19 Std nach 15 Runden ( 55km ) den Meistertitel mit einer taktischen Leistung.

Der lange führende Titelverteidiger Stefan Zierold brach auf den letzten Runden völlig ein und wurde von Hollinger abgefangen, rettete jedoch sicher Platz 2 vor Harald Becht.
